Bis Consulting , on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Accounts Head to oversee and lead the financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/Local GAAP, ensuring the timely filing and payment of all taxes and statutory obligations.
- Establish and enforce robust accounting controls, approval workflows, and procedures to maintain the integrity of financial data within the ERP system.
- Manage the reconciliation of bank accounts, inter company balances, and major ledger accounts while monitoring the quality and aging of receivables and payables.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields with a minimum of Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, preferably in corporate finance management.
Nice to have
